If you hear gossip about someone, consider addressing the issue directly with the person involved or seeking clarification before making assumptions. We are all guilty of it at some point in our lives.

Proverbs 16:28 A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends.

We all make mistakes. Satan likes to point them out to you and beat you up. Especially if you have decided to follow Jesus. Keep in mind, that the primary goal of enemy is to isolate you and make you believe you are the only one making a particular mistake. Let me remind you that none of us are perfect and fall short. It is however important to pause and discuss your mistakes with Jesus each time. Ask him for forgiveness and guidance.
Not laying it down will only weigh you down.

Be still. It's common to feel overwhelmed, but remember that taking on too much can be counterproductive. Start by prioritizing your quiet time with Jesus and ask him what HIS Will is for you.

Many people find comfort and solace in prayer. If you're seeking Jesus, consider spending time in prayer, pouring out your heart and seeking His presence. 
If you want Jesus right now? Simply ask ​HIM to come in. ​"Lord Jesus please come into my life, I want to make you my Lord & Savior". ​Get will someone you know that is walking it out with Jesus and let them know what you just did. ​
